  • 1:How much shipping will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?

    The shipping of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with the online tracking number and link will be sent to you. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email.

  • 3:How long will it take to receive a refund of my return?

    The product you wish to return must be in original conditions, i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Otherwise the items will be returned to you.

    Refunds will be credited to the original way of payment only. After we get your retuned parcel, we will contact you. Please allow up to 7 working days from the date we receive your return to process your refund.

    Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number directly to arrange re-delivery or collect the parcel personally.
